What You’ll Learn & Do: Support the Prime Client Services (Prime CS) and Origination teams with daily operational and client support tasks. Develop a basic understanding of the Prime Brokerage platform, products, and service offerings. Assist in navigating the Prime Brokerage Portal (PB Portal) to retrieve account data and reports. Support account reconciliation processes and help identify discrepancies. Learn to recognize operational or risk-related situations that require escalation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Margin, Risk, Corporate Actions, and Finance teams to support issue resolution. Assist in preparing internal documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Participate in process improvement discussions and operational workflow observations. What You Bring: Current student or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Strong interest in institutional brokerage, capital markets, and fintech operations. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Eagerness to learn and engage with multiple teams across the organization. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
