About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist - Sports Focus to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive brand engagement through both sports and fintech marketing initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine sports passion with creative marketing strategy, supporting our moomoo x New York Mets partnership and broader brand campaigns that connect fans, investors, and the wider public. You’ll play a key role in executing co-branded activations, managing content production, and analyzing campaign impact — while collaborating across marketing, design, and business teams. This role must be based on the office location specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. What You’ll Do: Plan and execute co-branded sports marketing campaigns with the New York Mets — online, across social media, and onsite at Citi Field. Support integrated marketing projects such as webinars, influencer programs, community events, and partnership initiatives. Analyze fan and user engagement behavior to identify what drives interest and conversion across sports and finance audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Assist in developing creative assets and content for digital, social, and in-stadium activations. Monitor campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Contribute ideas for influencer engagement, sports fan experiences, and cross-channel marketing opportunities. What You Will Bring: 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fintech, or consumer marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative thinking ability. Comfortable multitasking and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bonus: Experience with social media content creation, influencer partnerships, or marketing analytics.
