About the Team We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital campaign management to accelerate lead generation and brand growth at 1GLOBAL. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and an understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure that campaigns are not only optimised for clicks and conversions but also provide seamless digital experiences. About the Role Plan, execute, and optimise  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences. Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Partner with UX/UI teams to optimise landing pages and ensure high conversion rates. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity. About You Must Have 3+ years’ hands-on experience in  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and paid B2B campaign management. Strong knowledge of  campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimisation . Familiarity with  GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms . Understanding of  Design ,  UI/UX best practices  and their impact on lead generation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills  in English , with the ability to collaborate across teams and create compelling ad copies. Nice to Have Experience working in  B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS  industries is a plus. A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a  plus , but not mandatory.
