About The Role: As a Senior Product Designer at Dsquares, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process of new features and product improvements from concept to launch. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Craft delightful experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. Work closely with product managers to align design with product vision, priorities, and roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders to align design with business needs and technical constraints. Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, ethical design and user-centricity within the organization. Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability. Guide and mentor junior designers and internship students. Required Skills & Abilities: 4+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions. Expertise in user experience, user interface, interaction design, and systems thinking. Strong understanding of design systems and front-end implementation considerations. Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing data into actionable insights. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals. Experience with Figma, FigJam, and research tools like Maze, Hotjor and data analytics Experience with front end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus Experience with animation frameworks and micro-interactions is a plus
