About the Role: The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across both digital and printed communication materials. The role supports marketing initiatives by producing creative concepts, visual designs, and marketing assets that align with company brand guidelines. This position works closely with internal stakeholders across departments to develop creative strategies, deliver high-quality design outputs, and support campaigns across websites, digital platforms, events, and printed media. The role also contributes to maintaining digital channels, improving user engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing communications Key Responsibilities: Brand & Creative Development Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and artwork for digital and print marketing materials. Ensure all marketing outputs align with brand identity, corporate guidelines, and visual standards. Support brand consistency across all communication materials across multiple brands and regions. Provide creative direction and feedback on key marketing initiatives. Marketing Campaigns & Design Production Design multimedia assets for websites, campaigns, EDMs, social media, and printed marketing collateral. Create visual materials including brochures, advertisements, signage, event materials, and promotional graphics. Contribute to product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives through compelling design work. Produce high-quality creative materials within project timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions. Collaborate with marketing team members on campaign planning, proofing, and testing of digital and print materials. Gather stakeholder feedback and refine design outputs accordingly. Website & Digital Channel Management Assist in maintaining and updating company websites and digital platforms. Support improvements in website content, design, and user experience. Implement updates aligned with brand guidelines and web standards. Assist with SEO improvements and digital performance monitoring. Campaign Performance & Reporting Monitor project outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Assist in reviewing analytics, campaign performance, and user engagement metrics. Provide recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives. Print & Production Coordination Coordinate print production requirements including paper stock, suppliers, and printing specifications. Ensure design outputs meet production standards and quality requirements. Marketing Support Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, campaigns, and internal communications. Provide creative support for branch or department initiatives when required. General Responsibilities Perform related duties as assigned by management.
