We pride ourselves on our nimble approach that connects strategy with action, going deeper than traditional consulting firms by leveraging our real-world experience to ensure practical and impactful solutions.  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team, with a focus on investment banking and strategic advisory services within the digital health sector. In this role, you will support client engagements and assist with day-to-day project activities for startups, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and Fortune 500 clients. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising activities in the digital health space. Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs are met within deadlines. Conduct primary and secondary research on clinical, technology, business, and financial topics relevant to clients and investment opportunities. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights for strategic and financial recommendations. Coordinate and participate in interviews with clients, customers, providers, and thought leaders to gather market intelligence and deal insights. Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables such as pitch decks, investment memoranda, reports, and presentations. Help create thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts, and research publications to enhance the firm’s visibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role. Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, payment models, digital health landscape, and healthcare investment trends is preferred..
