We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Intern to support our content strategy and social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with a passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital trends - eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to building BabyMD’s brand from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn) Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reel, live content independently. Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats. Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms. Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimize social media strategies. Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing Video creation - Shooting the videos, co-ordinating with content manager & graphic designer until the final output is out. Strong interest in social media, content creation, and brand storytelling Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends Bonus: SEO knowledge or video editing experience Performance marketing experience will be a bonus
