Dans le cadre de sa nouvelle phase de développement suite à son acquisition par Archimed, le laboratoire Rivadis crée un poste de Directeur / Directrice Supply Chain, rattaché(e) directement au PDG du Groupe. Rivadis est un groupe industriel français reconnu depuis plus de 50 ans dans le développement, la fabrication et la distribution de produits d’hygiène, de soin et de cosmétique à destination des professionnels de santé (hôpitaux, établissements de soins, crèches…) et du grand public, au travers de marques fortes telles que Rivadouce, Milton et Auriège. Le groupe s’appuie sur un site industriel intégré et poursuit une trajectoire de croissance soutenue, au sein d’une culture d’entreprise à la fois exigeante, pragmatique et très orientée terrain. Enjeux du poste : Dans un contexte de création de fonction, structurer et piloter l’ensemble de la chaîne supply (logistique, service client, transport) avec un enjeu de performance opérationnelle, de fiabilité des flux et de qualité de service client.  Les missions principales : Définir et déployer la stratégie Supply Chain du groupe, Mettre en place un pilotage par la performance (KPI, S&OP, BFR, OTIF, coûts logistiques…), Structurer les processus et renforcer la robustesse opérationnelle, Manager et faire grandir des équipes d’environ 35 personnes (logistique, service client, transport), Accompagner la transformation post-rachat dans une logique opérationnelle. Profil recherché : Bac+5, idéalement en Supply Chain, 10–15 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain globale, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, Expérience confirmée de structuration et de management d’équipes, Leadership terrain, culture de la performance, pragmatisme opérationnel, À l’aise dans des environnements en transformation. Le poste est basé à Thouars (Deux-Sèvres).
