Responsibilities Evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure alignment with quality standards Deliver clear, constructive feedback to support representatives for continuous improvement Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to ensure quality consistency Collaborate with the Team Leader on coaching initiatives and performance alignment Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery Track and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and opportunities Requirements Proficiency in Czech (C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level) Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno (onsite presence required)
