Responsibilities Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer Define reporting and alerting requirements Perform quality assurance Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. Enhancing the quality of IT products and services. Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models. Finding technological solutions to business requirements. Producing reports on application development and implementation. Fluency in both Polish and English (C1+) A degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Management position, or similar position Basic knowledge in generating process documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Previous experience in a Pharmaceutica l or Production environment
