The Post-Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing deal processing after a sale is completed, serving as the key liaison between Finance and Sales to ensure seamless transition of closed deals into the finance system for invoicing. This role focuses on ensuring customer data is reflected and recorded accurately in Salesforce. Essential Functions Assist with contract modifications and post-sale adjustments in Salesforce. Liaise with Finance and Sales to answer questions as needed Provide training and guidance to CSMs, NSEs and AEs on post-sales workflows and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues impacting contract management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve post-sales operational efficiency. Participate in process enhancement initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle. Handle special projects as assigned by leadership Competencies Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in contract amendments and renewal processes. Logical Thinking: Identify logical solutions for post-sales data integrity and workflow improvements. Passion: Be committed to enhancing the customer experience through operational excellence. Impact: Take initiative in resolving issues and optimizing post-sales processes. Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving methodologies to address contract-related challenges. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support with strong Salesforce CRM expertise. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced preferred), and Salesforce.
