Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma III Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin min 2 area Berpengalaman memimpin min 50 anggota tim Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai Area Manager di Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen Bank / Microfinance Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target Mempunyai Kendaraan Pribadi dan SIM C Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja
