Tanggungjawab Kerja: 1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target 2. Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan 3. Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan. 4. Kualifikasi 1. Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma 2. Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim minimal 2tahun 3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance atau terkait 4. Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target 5. Mempunyai motor untuk digunakan bekerja 6. Siap kerja lapangan 7. Dapat bergabung secepatnya
