We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with solid experience in Mobile applications, who enjoys being involved early in the development process, driving quality strategies, automating tests, and working side-by-side with developers, designers, and product managers. Experience with Mobile test automation (e.g., Maestro, WebdriverIO , Appium) , preferably in React Native applications. Familiarity with React Native architecture Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams Engineering mindset with a strong focus on continuous quality Proactive, adaptable, and strong in English communication Responsibility Define, implement, and maintain testing strategies for React Native projects Build, maintain, and evolve automated UI tests Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous quality Participate in architecture and design discussions to promote shift-left quality practices Perform exploratory testing when needed Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a critical mindset Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement Work within self-organised teams, with autonomy and strong ownership
