We are currently inviting a Preventive Mantenance Team Leader  to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in  Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An) .  Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills, deepen your knowledge of our products, and experience personal and professional growth like never before.  In this role, you will:  Lead a team of engineers and maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective equipment servicing. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs. Ensure all types of machinery, equipment, electrical facility are in good condition and ready to be put into production. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance KPIs. Coordinate with engineering, production, and external vendors for maintenance activities. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare work reports and send to direct manager monthly Guide, inspire, and empower a team of professionals to achieve success. Other assignments if required by direct report. Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in electric, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, etc. 3+ years of experience in maintenance, with team leadership responsibilities. Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems. Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report making Experience in team coordination, planning, and performance management. Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and very detail oriented. Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, can communicate in English (four skills).
