C'est une opportunité d'accélérer votre carrière tôt : vous contribuerez à définir notre approche commerciale, conclurez de nouvelles affaires et aurez un impact direct sur notre croissance en Amérique du Nord. Ce n'est pas un rôle encadré. Vous aurez une vraie responsabilité dès le premier jour. Dans ce rôle, vous allez : Gérer le cycle de vente complet pour les comptes PME, de la génération de leads et la qualification jusqu'à la négociation et la conclusion Générer un pipeline à partir de comptes cibles via des campagnes sortantes à valeur ajoutée : appels, courriels et réseaux sociaux Jouer un rôle clé dans la définition de notre approche commerciale et influencer la façon dont nous engageons et concluons nos comptes Partager les retours clients pour contribuer à l'évolution de notre produit et de notre positionnement Tirer parti de l'équipe fondatrice pour accélérer les cycles de vente et obtenir l'adhésion des propriétaires d'entreprises Vous pourriez être la bonne personne si vous : Avez 4 ans et plus d'expérience dans un rôle de closing avec des responsabilités sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente, incluant la prospection à froid Êtes curieux(se) de comprendre les défis d'affaires de vos clients Êtes rigoureux(se) dans le suivi et l'amélioration de vos performances au quotidien Faites preuve d'esprit entrepreneurial : autonome, avec un sens aigu de l'urgence et la capacité de travailler sans processus établis Êtes motivé(e) par le succès et avez un talent naturel pour bâtir des relations Maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral Un atout si vous avez : Expérience dans la vente en santé, dentaire ou en technologies de la santé. About the role We're looking for an Account Executive with a self-starter mindset and a builder's mentality to join our GTM team. This is an opportunity to accelerate your career early: you'll help define our sales motion, close new business, and have a direct impact on how we grow across North America. This is not a hand-holding role. You'll be given real ownership from day one.
