Qu’est-ce que ça fait au quotidien un agent de support ? Répondre aux demandes des clients avec courtoisie, empathie et professionnalisme Accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation de notre logiciel Écouter activement les besoins des clients Résoudre les problématiques efficacement Expliquer les solutions de façon claire, simple et rassurante Assurer un suivi rigoureux des demandes Documenter les échanges et les solutions Escalader les enjeux techniques plus complexes au bon moment Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer l’expérience client Vous travaillerez 37 h 30 par semaine pendant la période de probation (3 premiers mois). Si tout se passe bien, vous passerez au second niveau avec une réduction à 32 heures , tout en étant payé 37 h 30 (oui oui, pour vrai). Vous aurez aussi la possibilité de travailler à distance ou au bureau , selon votre préférence. Certains déplacements à nos bureaux de Trois-Rivières pourraient être nécessaires pour des activités d’équipe. A Technical Support Agent at ProgressionLIVE is a trusted point of contact who communicates frequently with our customers. Customer relationships are largely built through our technical support team. You stay closely connected to customer needs and make a real difference in the day-to-day experience of all our subscribers. What does a technical support agent do on a daily basis? Respond to customer requests with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism Guide customers in the use of our software Actively listen to customer needs Resolve issues efficiently Explain solutions in a clear, simple, and reassuring manner Ensure thorough follow-up on requests Document interactions and solutions Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience You will work 37.5 hours per week during the probation period (first 3 months). If everything goes well, you will move to the second level with a reduced schedule of 32 hours per week , while being paid 37.5 hours (yes, really). You will also have the option to work remotely or from the office , depending on your preference. Some travel to our Trois-Rivières office may be required for team activities.
