Delta PV, a leading pharmacovigilance service provider headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, has been part of the Biomapas group since 1 August 2025. As such, this vacancy is advertised on behalf of Delta PV within the Biomapas organization. The HR Specialist will be responsible for the operational delivery of Human Resources activities at the organizational level, with a primary focus on recruitment operations, employee lifecycle management, and international HR process integration. The role involves end-to-end execution of HR processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, global HR standards, and local labor regulations. Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation tracking, contract management, and offboarding Take an active role in international HR process integration, working closely with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions Support the execution of HR administration and personnel file management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and local labor legislation Support HR reporting, documentation, and data tracking activities Act as a point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR operational matters Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes Deliver end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation tracking, contract management, and offboarding Take an active role in international HR process integration, working closely with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions Support the execution of HR administration and personnel file management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and local labor legislation Support HR reporting, documentation, and data tracking activities Act as a point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR operational matters Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes
