Delta PV, a leading pharmacovigilance service provider headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye, has been part of the Biomapas group since 1 August 2025. As such, this vacancy is advertised on behalf of Delta PV within the Biomapas organization. The Finance Specialist manages end-to-end invoicing, payment collection, and cash flow forecasting to ensure efficient financial operations. The role includes issuing and tracking customer invoices, ensuring timely payments, preparing monthly cash forecasts, analyzing cash flow trends, and supporting effective collection strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end domestic and international invoicing, including preparation, review, corrections, cancellations, archiving, and compliance with tax regulations. Monitor the full invoicing and receivables lifecycle, track overdue and upcoming payments, plan and manage collection schedules, and proactively follow up on collections. Analyze delayed or at-risk receivables, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions in coordination with internal stakeholders. Execute and record daily banking and payment transactions (EFT/wire transfers), match bank movements with open invoices, and manage vendor and international employee payments. Process and reconcile customer and vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records. Maintain cash flow tracking, prepare and update monthly cash flow forecasts, and analyze trends to support financial planning and liquidity management. Prepare and present regular sales, receivables, and collection reports (weekly and monthly) to management, including international invoice balances and collection status. Support month-end closing activities in line with IFRS, coordinate financial data across subsidiaries, and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Residence on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is acceptable.
