Our advanced software leverages analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies to support every stage of the credit and lending lifecycle, remaining at the forefront of fintech innovation.  We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA team, which is integrated within the Engineering Division, and ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed test cases based on business requirements and design specifications for private and public sector projects; Execute comprehensive manual testing and API testing to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with specifications and verify system reliability and performance. Acts independently. Escalates issues in a timely manner;                                                                                         Collaborate closely with development team and cross-functional team members to prioritize and address issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products ; Report test results, track defects and follow up on resolution ensuring timely and effective testing closure before Release; Conduct Test Closure activities, including archiving results, Release notes and relevant documentation in the configuration management system; Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice. May conduct training sessions for peers or customer trainings for our deliverables; Support UAT process (Issues tracking, resolution and re-test); Contribute to our On Time/On Budget/On Quality success story; and Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.                                                                                                                                 Professional Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer science, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with adaptability to various testing methodologies; Strong Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues independently and effectively; Possess a firm command of both the Greek and English language (oral and written); Experience with black box testing techniques; Desire to grow in areas of expertise as needed by the evolving needs and goals of the company. Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic MS Office, HTML, CSS, SQL; Experience testing Web services (REST and/or SOAP) using some of the following tools: Postman, soapUI; Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence will be considered a plus; Experience with Selenium, WebDriver, Robot Framework, GitLab, or similar tools and technologies will be considered an advantage; ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing is advantageous but not required.
