Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Head of Staff Augmentation Services (SaS) for defining, governing, and scaling Quento’s centralized staff augmentation capability, ensuring the timely availability of high-quality internal and external IT oriented resources to support Business Divisions (BDs). Your responsibilities will entail: Define, own, and continuously evolve the Staff Augmentation Services operating model; Define policies, processes, and governance for staff augmentation across Quento Technologies S.A.; Lead continuous labour market intelligence across key business regions; Anticipate resource availability, cost trends, and competitive pressures; Establish and maintain framework agreements with recruitment agencies and subcontractors; Ensure compliance with Quento Technologies S.A. commercial strategy and policies  (rates, confidentiality, GDPR); Define and own SAS KPIs and SLAs; Ensure appropriate demand planning in collaboration with different business divisions; Provide regular dashboards and performance insights to Quento leadership; Promote and oversee the use of AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability; Oversee staff augmentation contracting lifecycle in coordination with Legal, Finance, and SAS Coordinators; Drive continuous improvement based on data and trends; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology.); Master’s degree in IT field, MBA is a plus; Minimum 6+ years of experience in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs; Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal); Knowledge of a 2nd language (French or German) highly desirable; Knowledge of the Greek language a plus; Knowledge of project/programme and portfolio management methodologies and practices and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (for example, PMI, Prince II or agile); Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, ITIL) are highly desirable; Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how organizations can use current and emerging technologies to drive digital business; Deep understanding of the customer business environment and domain; Experience across a range of project types (e.g. infrastructure, software, consulting, managed services); Experience  of delivery management in large scale contracts in a multi-stakeholder/international environments is highly desirable; Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills; Availability for frequent travelling.
