Leveraging deep expertise, a client-focused approach and a wide range of SAP technologies, we streamline processes and turn complex needs into scalable, effective solutions.  We are seeking a dedicated Junior SAP BTP Developer to support the design, development, and support of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , contributing to integration, extension, and cloud-based development projects. A Day in the Life of a Junior SAP BTP Developer at Qualco will include: Support the design, development, and support of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP); Assist in the development of integrations, extensions, and applications using SAP BTP services; Support requirement analysis and translate business and technical requirements into development tasks; Contribute to the development and configuration of services such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, and cloud-based applications; Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities to validate system functionality; Support the preparation of technical documentation and development deliverables; Assist in deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support activities; Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s degree would be considered as a plus; 0–2 years of experience or strong interest in software development, preferably within SAP or cloud-based platforms; Basic understanding of SAP BTP concepts, cloud architectures, or modern application development principles; Initial exposure to one or more of the following is considered a plus: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, or cloud integration concepts; Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) or enterprise applications is considered a plus; Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
