Leveraging proprietary, technologically advanced platforms, Qualco Intelligent Finance offers a wide range of services including designing customized solutions designing customized solutions based on artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and expert consulting.   We are looking for a Portfolio Advisor to assist the Portfolio Performance team aiming at maximizing its Performance and Recoverability while optimizing related costs. Your responsibilities will include: Produces Daily/ Monthly Reporting and analyses of existing portfolios for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors); Monitors Recovery results and Portfolio KPIs and escalate performance issues; Prepares periodical portfolio performance presentations and memos for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors); Monitors and assesses special collection activities and projects (e.g. campaigns, legal actions); Provide feedback based on the servicing strategy execution and the related recovery results; Prepare and execute detailed stratification analysis for Assigned Portfolios; Present Portfolio Results, key figures and Proposed Actions to Clients/Investors and Internal Management Team; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 3+ years of experience in the NPLs industry or Consulting Firms preferably in Strategy or Reporting Teams; Advanced excel and presentation skills to support portfolio performance analysis; Demonstrable strategic and analytical thinking skills; Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail; English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer science.
