Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams. The role involves developing qualified opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will be identifying prospective clients and using various tools and strategies to engage with senior executives. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong ability to influence and generate qualitative leads.  What You Will Do: Research potential targets and utilize tools like Sales Navigator.  Engage with senior executives remotely via telephone, email, social media, and other tools.  Organize and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.  Develop and test demand generation scripts for specific sales and marketing campaigns.  Maintain strong relationships with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.  Manage contact details and maintain the integrity of the CRM database.  Follow designated sales and marketing processes to ensure accurate lead and operational reporting.  Stay updated on industry trends by reading relevant financial and industry publications.  Maintain a high call rate to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.  Review and evaluate targets and results based on market trends.  What You Will Bring:    Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Marketing, Banking, or a related field preferred.  2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a software company is highly valued.  Highly motivated, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit.  High energy and determination to meet or exceed monthly targets.  Proven influencing skills using written and verbal communication.  Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.  Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision.  Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Excellent command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus, with a preference for native speakers.
