Co budeš mít na starosti Kompletní náborový proces – od analýzy potřeb, přes aktivní vyhledávání kandidátů až po spolupráci s manažery Nábor zejména výrobních a technických pozic (administrativní role součástí) Aktivní vyhledávání kandidátů na LinkedIn a dalších platformách Využívání různých náborových metod a inovativních postupů Spolupráci na dalších HR aktivitách v rámci týmu Podíl na budování dobrého jména společnosti na trhu práce Co od tebe očekáváme SŠ/VŠ vzdělání Zkušenosti s náborem – ideálně v oblasti výroby nebo technických pozic Velmi dobrou znalost anglického jazyka Orientaci v moderních náborových trendech a aktivním vyhledávání kandidátů Samostatnost, zodpovědnost a chuť přicházet s novými nápady Ochotu zapojit se i do dalších činností v rámci HR týmu
