One Royal Culture Short Story We have a current opening for a Marketing Intern for the summer semester for our Sacramento, CA office. Are you results-oriented, resourceful, and creative? Do you have excellent organization and structure skills? In this role, you'll contribute to design initiatives and assist in developing presentations, and marketing collateral, aligning with Royal's brand guidelines. What your duties and responsibilities consist of: Participate in marketing meetings, contributing ideas, and updates with respective teams.  Support additional marketing tasks and responsibilities as needed.   Creating narratives for internal and external communications  Collaborating with graphic designer   Maintaining internal marketing folders and updating marketing materials  Market analysis   Pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or another related major.  Candidates from other academic backgrounds are welcome to apply if they demonstrate experience and interest in marketing and design!  Responsibilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.  Commitment to the following values: Integrity, Expertise, Passion, Collaboration, and Loyalty  Exhibits composure under pressure, with ability to adapt effectively to frequent changes and unforeseen delays.  Strong ability to achieve results, take initiative, and collaboratively work with a team.   Attention to detail and accountability to projects assigned   Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis InDesign  Familiarity of Microsoft Office software preferred; not required  Safety & Physical Requirement s  Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites.   Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.  Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday.  Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.   Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00 We offer competitive pay and more!
