The Bilingual Medical Interpreter will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers in medical settings. Responsibilities Provide verbal interpretation services to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers Accurately and effectively interpret medical conversations, including patient history, diagnosis, treatment options, and instructions Assist with the translation of medical documents and forms Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards Stay up to date on medical terminology and procedures Build rapport and establish trust with patients and healthcare professionals Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents Strong listening and comprehension skills Highly professional and empathetic demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Personal Computer or Cellphone is required
