The Intern Club Operations provides functional support to day club and night club operations by assisting in developing and executing our marketing and brand strategies. Position Responsibilities Work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and assisting with special with projects as needed Serve as an ambassador of HQ2 & Nolas Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures Assist with the Beach Club and Night Club staffing levels as well as the Board Walk Pool Assist with marketing and promotional materials for both venues Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast paced environment Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours High School or equivalent diploma. Must have excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office software programs. Excellent grammar, pleasant phone manner and voice. Must be friendly, outgoing, congenial and a team player. Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand). Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.  Ability to maintain composure under pressure
