About the Role The Club Operations Pool Attendant is responsible for guest safety in pool and pool areas. Position Responsibilities Responsible for the cleanliness, safety and equipment maintenance of the pool areas according to Risk Management and OSHA guidelines Monitor maintenance concerns of equipment, pool and garden areas Ensure safety is a first priority in accordance with CPR certifications Promote positive customer relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts/hours. Must be able to withstand weather related high temperatures and sun Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds. Physically capable of using the required equipment and/or tools specific to position. High school diploma or equivalent Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills Experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate in English
