Requirement: 1 Location: Domlur, Bangalore (WFO Full time)  Function: CEO’s Office Role Summary We are hiring a Business Engagement Manager to serve as a force-multiplier to the Group CEO with strategic vision and relentless execution. You will take one conversation with the CEO and convert it into clarity, alignment, and flawless execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations You will be embedded in each of the business lines and own translation, execution, quality, and predictable visibility. Key Responsibilities: Core work will be to work with the CEO / Business Leader of each vertical to execute the vision of the Founder. You will be working closely with the Founder as well as the CEO of each vertical Translate the CEO’s intent into complete, crisp Action Cards Drive end-to-end execution until final delivery and release Act as quality checker: preserve CEO’s intent, align all teams, validate final output Provide predictable visibility: weekly On-Track/At-Risk updates & monthly reviews Ensure transferability: communicate CEO’s direction clearly across all layers Partner with business line leaders to strengthen clarity, speed, and decisions Preserve CEO’s time What Success Looks Like Seamless, org-wide execution is on track Teams stay aligned and move faster Action Cards delivered on time, every time CEO never repeats an instruction Zero surprises on execution status Who You Are Exceptionally clear thinker — can turn half-sentences into structured plans Strong product & UX instinct; understands engineering basics Founder-level ownership and high accountability High-velocity + high-precision operator Excellent written & verbal communicator High judgment: knows what to escalate vs. solve independently Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, comfortable working with a high-bar CEO Preferred Background MBBK- Engagement Manager or Senior Associate OR strong operator/PM with cross-functional execution OR ex-founder with systems thinking Experience in fast-paced tech startups environments is a strong plus 4-6 yrs of relevant experience in similar role or profile
