Title:  Social Media Intern Department: Brand and Marketing Requirement:  2 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur) Duration: 6 months Stipend:  20-25k Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Growing Followers of Social Pages: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Social Media Management: Support the team in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across various social media channels. Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Research & Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies. Campaign Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations with influencers. Performance Tracking: Help track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Passion for Social Media: A strong interest in social media platforms and trends, with a creative mindset. Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the team. AI Tools Proficiency: Ability to use basic AI tools for content creation and optimization. Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm ideas and create engaging social media copy that resonates with the audience.
