We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems, Service Level Management (SLM) , Watchlist/Workflow/User Management (WUM) , and Business Continuity frameworks. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, gather and analyze requirements, and support implementation of compliance and risk management solutions within banking or financial services environments. Business & Technical Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to AML monitoring, screening, and compliance systems. Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system specifications. Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for solution delivery. 🔹 AML & Compliance Strong understanding of AML processes including: Transaction Monitoring Sanctions Screening KYC/CDD Case Management Experience working with AML platforms such as: Actimize FircoSoft FIS AML solutions 🔹 SLM (Service Level Management) Define and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. Work with support and operations teams to ensure adherence to service commitments. Participate in incident management and root cause analysis. 🔹 WUM (Workflow/User Management) Manage user roles, entitlements, access controls, and segregation of duties. Support workflow configurations and escalation matrices within AML systems. Coordinate with IAM teams for user provisioning and access reviews. 🔹 Business Continuity & Resilience Support BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR (Disaster Recovery) exercises. Ensure AML systems comply with regulatory continuity requirements. Conduct impact assessments and recovery validation testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in banking/financial services. Strong knowledge of AML regulatory frameworks (FATF, local regulatory norms). Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation. Understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and system integrations. Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in compliance-driven transformation programs. Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements. Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is a plus. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
