Security Requirement Category 2 (Cat 2) Security Clearance is mandatory for this role. Candidates who already possess valid Cat 2 clearance will be preferred. Applicants without Cat 2 clearance must be eligible and willing to obtain it as part of employment requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy applications using low code / no code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps , or similar tools. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and support materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. Experience & Skills Required Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Minimum 2+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on low code / no code platforms. Proven experience developing and deploying applications with minimal coding. Familiarity with Git for version control. Experience working in Agile environments (TDD, Pair Programming, Scrum, Continuous Integration). Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript . Understanding of database systems including SQL and NoSQL . Familiarity with APIs and enterprise system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
