Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to bank-led initiatives in Digital Assets, Tokenization, and AI-driven programs . The role will manage end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory, technology, and business initiatives within a banking environment, working closely with product, compliance, technology, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage digital asset, tokenization, and AI initiatives across the full project lifecycle (initiation to delivery). Work with business, product, and technology teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Coordinate with risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure adherence to banking and MAS regulations. Manage vendor and partner engagements, including fintechs and platform providers. Track project risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans proactively. Prepare and present project status, dashboards, and executive updates to senior management and steering committees. Ensure delivery aligns with bank architecture, security, data governance, and operational standards. Support change management, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation reviews. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services. Hands-on experience managing initiatives related to: Digital Assets / Tokenization / DLT / Blockchain , and/or AI / Data / Automation programs in a regulated environment. Strong understanding of banking processes , regulatory controls, and risk management. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, compliance, operations). Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred / Nice to Have Exposure to MAS initiatives , Project Guardian, or similar regulatory-led programs. Experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, or AI/ML solutions in banking. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications. Prior experience working with fintechs or innovation labs. What We’re Looking For Strong delivery mindset with attention to governance and controls. Ability to bridge business, technology, and regulatory requirements . Comfortable managing ambiguity in emerging technology programs.
