We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Insurance or Banking domains to drive digital enhancements for operations-focused business systems (Claims, Policy Servicing, Customer Operations). 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog aligned with business & regulatory needs • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria & test scenarios • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams • Support UAT, releases, and post-implementation reviews • Deliver digital initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment 🔹 Must-Have Experience ✔️ 5+ years as a Product Owner ✔️ Mandatory Insurance or Banking / Financial Services domain experience ✔️ Experience working on enterprise business applications ✔️ Strong stakeholder management & analytical skills ✔️ Tools: JIRA, Confluence (Figma is a plus)
