Lead end-to-end SAP cloud migration initiatives from on-premises systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and HANA Cloud. Assess existing SAP landscapes, define migration strategies, and execute system conversions and data migrations. Design, develop, and manage integrations and extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Ensure performance optimization, security, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to deliver scalable, cloud-ready SAP solutions. 6+ years of SAP experience with hands-on expertise in on-premises to cloud migrations. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and system conversion or brownfield/greenfield approaches. Proven working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including integrations and extensions. Experience with data migration tools (SUM, DMO, Migration Cockpit) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
