Execute software implementation, and consulting engagements in accordance with #project delivery guidelines, including: __ Requirements capture, scoping, setup & design of #software implementation projects. __ Design, configuration and build within #ONESOURCE products, in accordance with customer requirements. __ Guidance and #consulting with clients on their usage of ONESOURCE suite of products. __ Contribute to the training of customers by facilitating remote training sessions, as well as: __ Updating training materials, and documenting new materials as needed __ Recording & editing eLearning training videos __ ONESOURCE implementation and consulting engagements completed successfully per agreed Statement of Work (SOW). __ Training delivered: updated materials, remote sessions conducted, eLearning videos recorded/published. __ Customer documentation: client‑facing guides and how‑tos prepared. __ Customer satisfaction and service levels met and documented via CSAT results.
