Responsible for promoting Philips Healthcare products and systems in the assigned area; __ Ensure that customers (e.g. end users, technicians, operators) are properly trained to ensure optimal use of equipment supplied, installed and accepted by Philips Healthcare and maximum customer satisfaction in the assigned area; __ Promote Philips Healthcare (PH) solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows. __ Work as part of a client team to achieve modality results in accordance with the planned indicators and benchmarks for that client; __ Provide support in the release of new products; __ Prepare the required application report after completion of all application visits; __ Provide training to clients on the application of the best possible #clinical procedures and protocols to achieve maximum efficiency from the supplied equipment; __ Organize training (or re-training) of personnel of medical institutions in cases of release of new editions, updates and/or versions (changes) in the operating instructions for equipment; Determine the schedule of practical application training in close cooperation with the client; __ Ensure that all clients receive high-quality instruction and personalized care to ensure that each client is fully satisfied with the care they receive from #Philips #Healthcare (PH); __ Conduct regular visits to clients to obtain direct feedback on the quality of training and client satisfaction; Inform Philips Healthcare (PH) of any difficulties in optimal use of the equipment; __ Be aware of and continuously monitor company safety requirements, including radiation safety regulations, occupational health and safety regulations, and occupational safety. In the event of a hazard or emergency, assume direct control of the situation and engage a safety consultant from the regional office. __ Support and advise #sales personnel during the acquisition process; Keep abreast of the latest developments in clinical application and operation of relevant equipment; __ Ensure that applied clinical instruction for both new and existing clients complies with the company's quality policy; Responsible for communicating customer feedback and requests in accordance with the current quality standards policy and taking timely action to ensure planned quality and regulatory training activities are carried out in the future.
