Lead teams for loss identification and elimination across #global measures by developing process and organizational capability using manufacturing tools. Lead standardization, manage equipment changes, and validate processes. Build #technical troubleshooting capability for process failures. Participate in the daily direction-setting process — report results, flag issues, and request resources. Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement through asset utilization and benchmarking.
