Tier 1 duty: you will provide on-site #managerial support to 1 on-site India office #operations #specialist, who #tackles basic Helpdesk user queries and on-site office needs, eg. employee onboarding, inventory management and device recovery. Tier 2 duty: you will provide on-site managerial support to 2-3 on-site India-based IT specialists, who tackle escalated IT Helpdesk tickets (typically OKTA, Google, Atlassian, Slack, and other Saas tooling). Tier 3 duty: you will supervise a small, but growing engineering team in India, overseeing critical #IT automation, AI, and DevOps projects. Supervise the evaluation, innovation, development & #implementation of any variety of internal #SaaS #Engineering automation systems/AI projects geared to produce efficiency at scale Provide formal performance management support and review to all direct on-site India reports, but share dotted line day-to-day supervisory capacity with US leadership Develop metrics and dashboards to provide #business leadership with meaningful #operational/performance metrics and status reports
