In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM #Consulting Client #Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector #clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. __ As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful #Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most #challenging business problems __ Requirements Gathering and #Analysis: #Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to project #management, resource management, time and expense tracking, and financial management within Dynamics 365 Project Operations __ Testing and Implementation: Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the system functions as expected and meets business requirements __ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes related to project management and resource utilization within the system __ Project Planning and Execution: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting, leveraging Dynamics 365 data for decision-making __ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, and user guides __ Understands and adheres to all Project Plan and Scope documents developed by Project Managers. __ Executes Project Task items in accordance with defined Project timeline. __ Provides timely feedback to Project Managers and/or clients.
