Lead and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce #developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. __ Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. __ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. __ Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, and contract management to support end-to-end sales operations. __ Collaborate with #productmanagers, business analysts, and other stakeholders and revenue operations to translate complex business requirements for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Go-To-Market (GTM) into scalable #technical solutions. __ Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. __ Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability. __ Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. __ Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the team and development processes, with a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing the root causes of issues to ensure sustainable solutions. __ Work with business leadership to establish a Salesforce roadmap that supports our strategy and initiatives. __ Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
