#Supervise maintenance #technicians and oversee facilities/utilities equipment and building #maintenance activities. ‎__ ‎Equipment included but not limited to boilers, chillers, water systems, wastewater treatment, air compressors and systems, pumps, heat exchangers, HVAC, plumbing, #electrical systems, buildings and ground systems not specific to operations. ‎__ ‎Coordinate and assign work schedules and ensure proper completion. ‎__ ‎Build department skills and manage #technicians’ progression plans. ‎__ ‎Assist with bid services and manage on-site #contractors. ‎__ ‎Reduce equipment downtime by promoting equipment reliability and preventative #maintenance execution and compliance. ‎__ ‎Ensure all members of the #maintenance department are properly trained in #safety procedures and Total Productive Maintenance.
