We are seeking a Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist to join our Service Management & IT Operations team in Bucharest. Identify software deployment efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Evaluate software licence requests for reuse or new procurement. Support global process governance and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to assess licensing implications of changes. Manage software #licences, #warranties, #maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts. _. Monitor and manage consumption of Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Respond to software vendor audits and licence validation requests. Maintain SAM tools including SNOW and Spider, and recommend system enhancements. Provide regular compliance and usage insights to stakeholders. Ensure effective use of SAM tools and automation for software information collection. Maintain relationships across business units to ensure software use is disclosed and controlled.
