We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented #Associate #Product #Analyst to support the Search & Browse experience across #JCPenney.com. This role will assist in shaping how customers discover and evaluate products, including homepage, navigation, search, PLPs, and PDPs. The ideal candidate combines deep user empathy with strong technical acumen to drive a cohesive and high-converting discovery experience. __ Key Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day management of the Search & Browse roadmap. __ • Drive PLP/PDP enhancements to better support conversion, including content, media, variant logic, and real-time availability. __ • Assist in documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements. __ • Partner with UX, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. __ • Help monitor site performance and customer behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. __ • Assist in testing site updates and validating fixes for defects. __ • Track KPIs and prepare reporting for product leadership on search, navigation, and product detail performance. __ • Contribute to competitive research and industry trend analysis to bring fresh insights into the team. __ • Participate in A/B test setup and reporting, helping evaluate customer response to new features.
