Support OTR (On the road) Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners and Delivery partners. · Improve delivery success rates in Metropolitan and Mexico City Area. · Maintain SOP and standard processes materials updated according to the current standards · Analyze main metrics in weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals. · Lead audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas. · Support to Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to the standard processes. · Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow.
