Define supplier #quality strategy and set targets in alignment with the Strategic Sourcing, BG and other key Stakeholders. Plan, execute and follow up #supplier audits in alignment with stakeholders. __ Drive Supplier Performance Evaluation and Supplier Performance Index (SPI) to meet agreed target. Lead Continuous Quality Improvement #Project with suppliers and internal stakeholders. __ Manage major field/factory quality issues caused by suppliers, manage relevant MCARs and claims to suppliers. Support regional supplier base development (tier-2 localization) in South #Asia market.
