As a #Manufacturing DFx #Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that the #Design for Manufacturability requirements and program specific targets are taken into account in the new #product development phase. __ As part of the team, you will: Define DfM targets and collaborate with Design Engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards. __ Conduct process capability studies and implement process improvements. __ Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures The Design for Manufacturing team are an essential part of the NAM New Products & Test Team (NP&T) . __ The NP&T team consists of highly skilled Manufacturing Delivery Capability #Managers (program managers), Procurement team including Purchasing Capability Managers & NPI program Buyers responsible for developing, delivering the New Product supply base purchasing materials for the prototype builds in Oulu Finland & the Test Engineering Team that are responsible for designing the Manufacturing Hardware & Software Test solutions for the prototype & volume test activities. __ We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manufacturing DFx & Quality Engineer with a passion for quality and efficiency to join our team.
