This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base pay and benefits. __ What You Will Do: Attends and presents in daily morning operations meeting __ Performs moderately complex customer support activities, including installations, routine repairs and maintenance of chemical injection pumps and accessories. __ Assembles different parts of manufactured products using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. __ Inspects all materials, components, subassemblies, etc. to assure they meet the accepted quality standards. __ Reads and follows work instructions, work orders, production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. __ Processes and submits customer service transactions such as service tickets accurately. __ Provides accurate and timely information regarding availability of in-stock items. __ Answers basic inquiries from customers providing basic technical product and applications support. __ Refers customers to local sales representative for further sales & service requests __ Drives a company vehicle and makes deliveries to customer locations __ May support field sales activities __ Obtains signatures for deliveries made, as required. __ Works alone and/or under general supervision __ Develops good working relationships with customers through frequent and professional written and verbal communication. __ Communicates professionally & effectively with customers when delivering both good and bad information. __ Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures. __ Works unconventional hours and potentially weekends to provide our required level of service on occasion. __ Attends work in predictable and regular manner
