The LOB #Risk Spec Sr will work closely with all Lines of Business #Technology Partners to help manage risk efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong risk and control experience, a technology background, can work independently, and able to communicate well and drive effective change with internal partners. __ Building a strong foundation of risk #management through high quality risk and control self-assessments __ Assisting in the identification, documentation, plan development, and ongoing execution of issues __ Creating a proactive partnership with Lines of Business in evaluating new technology and how this affects the risk environment __ Regular risk reporting to partners and leadership to drive a culture of ownership __ Identifying risk controls __ Risk and control self-assessments __ #Audit support __ Risk and escalating absence of risk __ Risk #monitoring __ Control validation __ Issue remediation __ #Policy exceptions __ Risk reporting __ Connect with risk committees and auditors __ Develops and delivers a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provides stand-up classroom instruction. __ Developing, managing and delivering training using the Instructional Systems Design process to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs. __ Developing training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure the consistency of quality and accuracy of content. __ Ensuring a variety of learning styles can be met by selecting appropriate methods and media for instructional delivery. __ Monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness; establishing and maintaining a learning environment to actively and freely promote learner engagement and participation. __ Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. __ Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
